WHAT can be returned?

You may claim the right to reject any Goods which are wrongly supplied or oversupplied, or which are not in accordance with the Terms of Use, by notifying Milford of the claim and providing full particulars of the claim in writing within seven days of receipt of those Goods. A restocking fee of 17.5% is applicable at Milford’s discretion. 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You must lodge your claim within seven days of recieving The Goods.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
You will be provided with information on where to return The Goods, and a reference number (CRFC) once you have completed the form below- we cannot accept any Goods that arrive without a CRFC. 

HOW do customers return items?

SHIPPING for returns?
You are responsilbe for the return shipping, unless there was a fault or The Goods were delivered as the result of an administrative error by Milford, in which case we will bear the cost of return.

CREDIT for returns?
You will be refunded using the same method The Goods were purchased with.

Packing materials?
The Goods must be returned in an unsoiled, undamaged and resaleable condition, in their original packing.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Milford will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy: Clearance items, Discontinued items, Online Only or Special Customer Orders.
